Twice a year, we ask volunteers who manage stalls and events to do a stocktake of your stock. This needs to be done on 30 June and by the end of December so we have a clear picture of what’s selling, how much stock is with volunteers, and when stock has changed hands.
Steps to doing your stocktake
1. Count how much you have of our current merchandise (see our Current Merchandise Range)
2. Fill out the details in the Stocktake Form - all the information will automatically be sent to our team once you finish the form.
Please also fill this in if you are handing merchandise over to another volunteer.
