Over the past few months 12,000 people from all over the world have told the Indonesian President, Joko Widodo, they will not stand for further destruction of the Sumatran rainforest through the passing of the Aceh Spatial Plan.
If passed the Sumatran orangutans’ last jungle home will be lost forever. Not on our watch. We’ve come a long way but the Aceh Spatial Plan is still under consideration. In the next 24 hours we want to send Joko Widodo a blast of 10,000 emails to show him we mean business.
