As I will be away for the next three weeks I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my volunteers for their support and dedication throughout the year and to wish those that I may not see a wonderful holiday season. Relax and enjoy!
It is a quiet period for the Brisbane team at the moment, and our next meeting on the 6th December we will be focusing on future events and ways to raise those dollars and get the TOP and orangutans into the public eye. Jenny Fritzsche on the Gold Coast is doing an amazing job in getting over 50 donation boxes into businesses raising over $4k. The Brisbane team has raised over $1k, so we are looking at taking a leaf out of Jenny’s, book and trying to get more out in our local businesses and companies in the Brisbane area. Let me know if you know of a business in your local area and Jenny and I will get a box placed there so you can collect and monitor.
