GUESTS: Leif Cocks, President of TOP, National Regional Reps, Daniel & William Clarke (authors of Tears in the Jungle) NSW TOP volunteers, Eddie from Lentil As Anything, David Blisset, co-author of Our Primate Family.
We had fantastic night of fun & information to help save the orangutan, tigers & elephants from extinction in the Sumatran Rainforests. The Band : FURIOUS FIVE had everyone dancing, the vibe was full of joy & hope to save these animals & their habitat. Leif danced, & could not stop smiling. I had my skates on & was in TOP gear, all night! It was wonderful to meet the Reps, great bunch of very inspiring people. Marion danced her legs off too, we all had so much fun. Rodney Clarke was our fabulous as MC & auctioneer!
70 people attended. Leif's power point talk raised so much awareness & interest, especially to those who have never attended any of our events before,
The results from TOP's auction, donations, raffle & merchandise totalled $3,500! Thanks everyone! A BIG thankyou to all volunteers who helped & everyone who donated items.
NSW TOP Christmas Party.
On Dec 6th at the Lentil As Anything Restaurant, we all watched the film: Racing Extinction. It was very inspiring to help us help our poor planet & its animals, & heart wrenching. We enjoyed vegan food & drinks, then a drink at The Bank Hotel in Newtown. Thanks to Rod, Bill, Shaz, Maria, Kim, Susannah, Mark & Rona, for attending.
CHRISTMAS APPEAL BIRTHDAY WISH.
When Leif sent out this appeal with doubled donations, I sent an email out to my TOP volunteers & other friends, for a donation as my birthday present, we raised $1040! Great effort, thanks everyone!

We are having a film fund raising day from 11.30am- 4.00pm.
Lunch from 12.00, then show the film RACING EXTINCTION.
