Building a Safe Haven: Current Progress
The construction of the Baby House is well underway. We are pleased to report that the foundations have been laid and the walls are up. Currently, our construction team is hard at work on the roof, ensuring that it will provide a safe and secure shelter for our little ones. Once the roof is completed, we will move on to installing the necessary infrastructure, including plumbing, electricity, and interior fittings including orangutan climbing equipment.
A Home for Our Young Explorers
The staff at our rescue centre are buzzing with excitement as they witness the daily progress. The Baby House will provide a warm and nurturing environment for our baby orangutans when they're not out exploring at Jungle School. This facility is crucial for their growth and development, offering them a comfortable space to rest and receive care from our dedicated team.
